My first vest (Men's Black Horsehide Leather Biker Vest - made by Hillside USA) arrived on time but it was too small. A quick e-mail to Terilyn resolved the issue in minutes and I had the larger size at my door in just 3 days. That's simply GREAT customer service and I couldn't be more pleased!! The vest is extremely well made!! NEVER have I seen this level of quality at such a reasonable price! This vest looks more like it's been custom-made and should command several times the amount I paid! The fit is absolutely perfect but order one or two sizes up. The gun pockets aren't quite large enough for a full size 1911 .45 but would they should work exceptionally well for a smaller weapon. The Cordura lining provides great stability and the vest will not slide around with the weight. The snaps are not some cheap stamping but are indeed genuine Buffalo Nickel snaps that hold fast! What a truly great U.S. made vest this is - highly recommended!! Thank you sincerely for the outstanding customer service and overwhelming product satisfaction!

I'm writing to tell you that I'm extremely pleased, in fact, I can't express my satisfaction heartily enough. Not only with your merchandise, which is both affordable and top-of-the-line, but with your customer service. I had ordered a couple of wonderful jackets that, unfortunately, were two sizes too big, so I returned them (insured) via the USPS for an exchange. Not long after mailing them off, I received a phone message from your outstanding customer service rep, Terilyn, who informed me that the jackets arrived to your warehouse destroyed. Since I had purchased insurance, I gave the Bikers' Den permission to submit a claim with USPS. Terilyn was indispensable during this process. After waiting for 40 days, I called USPS only to discover that they had no record of the claim. After some back and forth between me, USPS, Terilyn and the warehouse, Terilyn had the warehouse expedite the mailing of my replacement jackets while the Bikers' Den awaited the insurance-claim refund. Not only are my replacement jackets awesome and all that I'd hoped they'd be, but I'm really blown away by Terilyn's tireless assistance, especially in deciding that I, as the customer, had waited long enough for the issue to be resolved. The Bikers' Den's customer service is as awesome as their merchandise, so I just wanted to let you know what a huge relief it's been to arrive at such a positive outcome after a difficult and protracted episode with the USPS. In the end, you've made me extremely happy that I ordered from you. Thank you again so much for delivering the goods in EVERY respect. I'm a customer for life!

Thank you so much for all of your help, I received the vest the other day and all is well. I am sure that had it not been for your efforts during the exchange and reship that things might not have gone as flawlessly. It  is an exception in todays business for a person to take on the responsibility and put forth the effort in such a professional manner as you did. This vest has a special meaning as  I  believe I had mentioned to you that It was a gift from a  close friend that I had served in Viet Nam with in 68-69. this was a birthday present from him  with some patches and badges  stitched in place. We both served in the Military Police. I gave him the wrong size  by mistake not knowing it was for a vest. I thought he was going to send a golf shirt or something. We will wear them on our trip through California, Oregon and Nevada and if anyone wants to know where they came from you can bet we will tell them and who to talk to. "A couple of months ago I ordered a Men's Legendary Classic Leather Vest from you. Though I live in Guam, the customer service was second to none. Informed that shipment wasn't available to my area, I offered to have it sent to a relative to the states. The relative failed to pick it up at the post office and the vest was returned. I was contacted immediately for an alternative and was allowed to have it shipped to my home for a little extra.
